Mark started his own practice in 1997, and has 35 years of broad design experience in the architectural field, having a heavy concentration in designing educational and medical facilities as well as a number of commercial, religious and residential projects. His strong leadership fosters good communication among all disciplines within the design team. He is skilled at generating a variety of design solutions for complex problems, and possesses the ability to embrace both modern design as well as classical and historical styles. His strength is his hands-on sketching approach to problem solving while in the presence of the client, ultimately allowing the client an interactive role in the project’s final solution.

Rebekah has 12 years of experience in the design field, and has worked on a variety of projects at Masters Architecture, with responsibilities ranging from conceptual design and computer and physical model building, through construction drawings and administration. She possesses the ability to develop solutions and respond timely in a fast-paced setting. Her high skill level with a variety of computer programs along with her artistic abilities brings unique assets to projects, benefiting the client with clear visual aids which bring about successful solutions.

Rudi has recently joined Masters Architecture as a project designer, with responsibilities ranging from conceptual design, through construction drawings and administration. He possesses the ability to develop creative solutions and respond timely in a fast-paced setting.

Over the course of 25+ years Karen worked for her family’s Electrical & Lighting Supply business and received a well-rounded education in everything from Accounting and Human Resources to Sales, Inventory Control and Operations. In the middle of that time period she returned to Graduate School and received a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She then worked in a group practice for 7 years as a Mental Health Counselor and also as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at a local community college. She joined the Masters Architecture team in June of 2018, and brings a wealth of business knowledge and organizational ability that is truly an asset to our firm.
